Welcome to the Edible Valley with your hosts Jon Frazier and Blayne Prowse.  Our goal is to engage listeners with the food culture of the beautiful Comox Valley. The Comox Valley is located about mid way on the east coast of Vancouver Island, off the west coast of Canada.
